Recipe ideas - Ranch Sticks: Place 1 sheet of sticks topping side down on a greased half sheet pan (do not separate). Spread with 6 oz prepared ranch salad dressing. Top ranch dressing with 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese. Let rise until double in size and bake in a preheated 325 degree convection oven for 10-12 minutes. For Crazy Garlic Cheesy Bun: Let sticks thaw. Place one stick on top of another so that filling is touching. Place in muffin pans. Let rise until double and bake.
Break apart sticks. Place sticks 1/2 inch apart on greased pan. Let sticks thaw for 1 hour (for a softer, larger breadstick, let sit out for 3 hours or until double in size). Bake at 300 degrees (convection oven) for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown, 325 degrees (conventional oven) 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack to cool slightly.
