Bridgford Bolillo Dough comes frozen in 4 oz individual size rolls. Simply pan up the dough, let thaw, rise and bake.

Let cool, then slice and serve as a sandwich roll.
Remove dough from case. Place on a lightly greased sheet pan 3-4 inches apart. Thaw and let rise in a warm area until double in size. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven (convection) for 15-20 minutes.
