Bridgford Buttermilk Biscuits taste great with butter and honey or jam. They are so versatile they can be used to make trifle, hot biscuits & gravy, biscuit fritters and strawberry shortcake.
On a 1/2 sheet pan, arrange four biscuit dough pieces down, and six across (4 x 6). (Arrange 8 x 12 if using a full sheet pan.) Bake in a preheated 325 degree convection oven for 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter or margarine. Bake from frozen, do not thaw. If using a conventional oven, Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
