Small S’mores Pull Apart Skillet Bread

48Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls, thawed
¾ cupmelted butter
1½ cupscrushed graham crackers
6 tablespoonsgranulated sugar
3 cupsmilk chocolate morsels
6 cupsmini marshmallows

In a medium size bowl, combine graham crackers crumbs with sugar; set aside. Lightly grease 8, 6-inch cast iron skillets; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll each dough piece into a ball. Dip balls of dough in melted butter and coat in cracker crumbs. Place 6 coated dough balls evenly spaced in each prepared pan. Let rise in warm area until double in size. Bake in a preheated 325 ̊ convection oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Set oven to broil. Sprinkle chocolate morsels over rolls. Top evenly with marshmallows. Place pan back into oven on middle rack to broil topping. Broil for 1 minute or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Remove from oven. Serve warm.
