|1 sheet||Bridgford White or White Whole Wheat Sheet Dough (product code numbers 6215 or 6729)|
|Melted butter for brushing dough|
|2 cups||chocolate hazelnut spread or peanut butter|
|3-4 cups||sliced fresh berries, or any other fruit|
Remove one frozen sheet of Bridgford Sheet Dough from product case. Place dough on a lightly greased half sheet pan. Let thaw. Dock dough with a docker or with the tines of a fork. Brush lightly with melted butter.* Bake in a preheated 425° oven for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. When cool, top with 3 tablespoons of chocolate hazelnut spread or peanut butter. Top spread with fruit. Slice and serve (approximately 12 equal pieces).
*If you want a thicker crust, let the pan of dough sit in a warm area for 30- 60 min until puffy before baking.Print Recipe
