Lightly grease a full sheet pan; set aside. Remove frozen Bridgford Demi-Loaf Dough from case and tray and place on prepared sheet pan (spacing apart evenly). Spray dough with pan release and let thaw completely. On a lightly floured board, roll each loaf of dough out to an 8 x 6 inch rectangle. Place back on greased sheet pan and spray dough again with pan release. Place in proofer to rise until puffy. Using a deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375 degrees. Fry on each side until golden brown. Remove from oil to drain on paper towel and then quickly submerge in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
