Cinnamon Cloverleaf Rolls

60Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls, thawed
1 cupmelted butter
2 cupsgranulated sugar
1½ tablespoonsground cinnamon
Icing

Lightly grease muffin pans. With pizza cutter or sharp knife, divide each piece of dough in half. With lightly floured surface and hands, shape each dough piece into a ball; set aside. In a medium size bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar. Coat dough pieces with melted butter and roll in sugar mixture. Place 3 dough balls in each muffin pan cavity. Place in warmed proof box to rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 325 ̊ convection oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and remove rolls to cool on wire rack. Once cooled, drizzle with icing if desired.
