Beignets

1 sheetBridgford Frozen Sopapillas (15 squares)
1-2 cupspowdered sugar

Remove sheet of Bridgford Sopapillas from freezer and let thaw. Heat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees. Place thawed squares of dough in fryer. Coat the tops with oil as it begins to puff up. Turn pieces over. Keep turning over until dough is a light golden brown (2-3 minutes). Remove from oil to drain on paper towels.

While still hot, coat in powdered sugar. Serve warm.
