Swiss Onion Sticks

12 Bridgford Frozen Breadsticks
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)

Divide each breadstick into 3 even pieces. Place frozen sticks on greased baking sheet about 1-2 inches apart. Mix cheeses, butter, onion, and poppy seeds. Top sticks with cheese/onion mixture. Let dough thaw and rise until double in size. Bake in 325 degree (convection) oven for 7-9 minutes or bake in 375 degree (conventional) oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan immediately and let cool on wire rack.
