Sour Cream Coffee Cake

1 (36 oz) Bridgford Ready-Dough Sheet
1 & 1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 & 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Place Ready-Dough Sheet in a greased half sheet pan. Spread with sour cream. Top with cinnamon and sugar. Let dough rise until it reaches the upper edge of the pan, approximately double in size. For a convection oven, bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool. Drizzle with glaze.
