|20 slices||Bridgford® Pepperoni|
|¼ cup||pizza or marinara sauce|
|1½ cups||mozzarella cheese, grated|
|¼ cup||Parmesan cheese, grated|
|¼ cup||fresh basil, finely chopped|
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. On a lightly floured board, roll out Bridgford Ready-Dough into a large circle about ¼-inch thick. With kitchen shears, cut into a heart shape. Transfer to a lightly greased pizza stone or round pizza pan. Reshape dough into heart if needed. With fingertips, roll edges of dough to form a crust around outside of heart. Brush dough lightly with olive oil. Use a docker or the tines of a fork to poke holes evenly over the surface of the dough; set aside. With kitchen shears, cut each slice of Bridgford Pepperoni into a heart shape; set aside. Evenly spread sauce over dough. Top sauce with cheeses. Decorate with Bridgford Pepperoni hearts and fresh basil. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven to cool slightly before slicing.
