Strawberry and Lemon Kolaches

1 loafBridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
1/3 cuplemon curd
1 cupsliced strawberries
¼ cupmelted butter

Lightly grease large sheet pan; set aside. On a lightly floured board, divide thawed loaf into 8 equal pieces. With lightly floured hands, roll each piece of dough into a ball and place 3 inches apart on prepared sheet pan. Flatten each ball slightly into a 3-inch round. Brush lightly with half of the melted butter. Place pan of rolls in warm area until double in size. Preheat oven to 375°F. With fingertips, very gently make a 1-inch indentation in the middle of each dough round. Fill each indentation with approximately 2 teaspoons of lemon curd. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a light golden brown and baked through. Remove from oven and brush with remaining butter. Remove kolaches to cool on wire rack. Once cooled, top lemon filling with sliced strawberries (about 2 tablespoons per kolache).
