S’mores Skillet Pull-Apart Bread

16 Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls, thawed*
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup crushed graham crackers
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup milk chocolate morsels
2 cups mini marshmallows

In a small bowl, combine graham crackers crumbs with sugar; set aside. Lightly grease a 12-inch cast iron skillet; set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll each dough piece into a ball. Dip balls of dough in melted butter and coat in cracker crumbs. Place evenly spaced in prepared pan. Let rise in warm area until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Set oven to broil. Sprinkle chocolate morsels over rolls. Top evenly with marshmallows. Place pan back into oven on middle rack to broil topping. Broil for 1 minute or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Remove from oven. Let cool and serve.

*Can substitute with 1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®. Let loaf thaw and then slice into 16 equal pieces. Proceed with recipe above.
