Smoked Cheddar, Bacon & Onion Rolls

1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup finely-grated, smoked Cheddar cheese
¼ cup bacon pieces
¼ cup finely-chopped green onions

Cut loaf into 36 pieces (if using Bridgford Parkerhouse Roll Dough, cut each roll in half – If using 1-1/2 oz. Bridgford White Rolls, cut each roll into 3 pieces). In a medium-size bowl, mix together cheese, bacon and onions. On a lightly-floured surface, shape each dough piece into a ball. Dip dough pieces in melted butter and roll in grated cheese mixture. Place 3 dough balls in each cavity of greased muffin pan.

Let rise until double in size. Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven pan to cool on wire rack. Brush with additional melted butter if desired.
