Pesto Twists

1 loafBridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
1 tablespoonprepared pesto of choice
2 tablespoonsGrated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Lightly grease a large baking sheet. On a lightly floured board, roll dough out to a 8 x 12” rectangle.  Evenly spread pesto over dough, sprinkle with cheese.  From 12- inch slide, fold over dough to make a 4 x 12- inch rectangle.  With a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice into 16 slices. Twist each slice and place on prepared sheet pan, 1-2 inches apart. Place in warm area to double in size. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 20 minutes or until light golden brown.  Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack.
