Peanut Butter & Apple Pizza

1 (1 lb) loafBridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
½ cuppeanut butter
1 canapple pie filling

Lightly grease a 12 inch round pizza pan. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 12 inch circle. Place dough in pan, pressing dough to edges. Spread peanut butter over dough, top evenly with apple pie filling. Let pizza set at room temperature for 30-60 minutes or until the dough begins to puff. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and pizza is cooked through. Remove from oven and pan to cool on wire rack. When cool, drizzle with icing. Slice and serve.

Icing (optional): Mix together 2 cups powdered sugar, 1-2 tablespoons water or milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
