Using Bridgford Sliced Pepperoni and Bridgford Sliced Salami*, make a Halloween meat and cheese platter for your next “spooktacular” event! Simply place plastic skeleton on a large plate or platter. Stuff the ribs with Bridgford meats, cheese (we used string cheese that had been separated), vegetables (we used drained, canned artichoke hearts). Surround the skeleton with crackers and serve. Drizzle ketchup or hot sauce over skeleton to create “blood,” if desired.
