Garlic & Herb Breadsticks

1 pkgBridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls Dough, thawed
3-4 tbspgarlic infused oil (¼ cup olive oil mixed with 1 clove crushed garlic)
1 tbspof each Rosemary and Thyme (or your favorite herb)
1 tbspcoarse sea salt

Lightly grease sheet pan(s). On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece of dough into a rope 8-10 inches long. Place on prepared pan 2-3 inches apart. Brush with oil. In a warm area, let rise until puffy (30-60 min). Brush with additional oil and sprinkle with herbs and lightly sprinkle with salt. Bake in a preheated 425° oven for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and pan to cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm.

Yield: 24 Sticks
