Everything But The Bagel Pull-Apart Bread

2 loavesBridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
3 tablespoonsolive oil
3 tablespoonsEverything But the Bagel Seasoning of choice

Place thawed loaves on a lightly floured board. Lightly spray with vegetable oil or brush with oil and let rise until puffy (30-60 min); set aside. Grease a 12-cup tube pan (angel food cake pan); set aside.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out each loaf into a 16 x 8- inch rectangle. Spread each rectangle with oil and cover with seasoning. With a pizza slicer or sharp knife, cut dough into 3, 16-inch long strips. Stack 3 strips so that they are evenly placed on top of one another. Do the same with the remaining 3 strips. Cut each strip into 6 equal stacks. Place each stack of dough, slice-side-up, on its side in prepared pan. Stacks should be touching. Brush lightly with additional oil. Let rise in warm area until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375  ̊F oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on top.  If browning too quickly, cover top of pan with foil. Remove from oven and turn out of tube pan. Serve warm.
