|1 package||Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse or Bridgford White Rolls, thawed*|
|2 tablespoons||olive oil|
|Egg wash (1 egg mixed with 1 tablespoon water)|
|2-3 tablespoons||Everything Bagel Seasoning of choice|
Lightly grease sheet pan(s); set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll each piece of dough into a ball. Place dough balls on prepared pans (2-3 inches apart). Brush dough with olive oil. Place in warm area to rise until double in size. Gently brush dough with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake rolls in a preheated 375°F oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and pan to cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm.
*Can substitute with 1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®. Let loaf thaw and then slice into 16 equal pieces. Proceed with recipe above.Print Recipe
