Elephant Ears

1 loafBridgford Frozen Ready-Dough
Vegetable Oil for frying
Cinnamon-Sugar

Lightly grease a sheet pan; set aside. Remove one loaf of Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough from package and place on prepared sheet pan. Spray dough with pan release or lightly brush with vegetable oil and let thaw completely. Divide thawed loaf into 4 equal pieces. On a lightly floured board, roll each piece  of dough out to a 6 x 4-inch rectangle. Place back on greased sheet pan and spray dough again with pan release or lightly brush with additional vegetable oil. Place in warm area to rise until puffy. Using a fryer or a large deep frying pan; heat vegetable oil to 375 degrees. Fry on each side until golden brown.  Remove from oil to drain on paper towel and then quickly submerge in cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Yield: 4 Elephant Ears.
