Cinnamon Roll Christmas Tree

1 loafBridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
4 tablespoonsmelted butter, divided use
½ cupgranulated sugar
2 teaspoonsground cinnamon
¼ cupraisins (optional)
½ cupchopped walnuts (optional)
Icing (recipe below)

Lightly grease (or line with parchment) a large sheet pan; set aside.

On a lightly floured board, roll dough out to a 10 x 12-inch rectangle. Spread 2 tablespoons of melted butter over dough. Mix cinnamon, sugar, raisins, and nuts.  Sprinkle mixture evenly over dough. Beginning with 12-inch side, roll tightly in jelly-roll fashion; seal seams. Cut rolled dough into 12 equal slices. To assemble the Christmas tree, place 1 slice of cinnamon roll dough cut side up at the top middle of prepared sheet pan (about 1 -2 inches from top rim of pan). Place a row of 2 more cinnamon rolls below the first cinnamon roll, centering the rolls and keeping all rolls 1-1 ½ -inches apart. Follow with a row of 3 more rolls and then a row of 4 more rolls. You should now have a triangle of cinnamon rolls. Place the last 2 cinnamon rolls below the row of 4 to form the trunk of the tree. Brush tops of rolls with melted butter and let rise in warm area until double in size and rolls are touching. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, brush again with melted butter. When cool, drizzle with icing (recipe below). Decorate with holiday sprinkles, if desired.

Icing: Mix 2 cups powdered sugar with ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and 1-2 tablespoons of milk or water. Drizzle over rolls.
