Air-Fried Individual Size Pizza

1 loafBridgford Frozen Ready-Dough, thawed
2 tablespoonsolive oil
¼ cuptomato sauce
1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese (freshly shredded mozzarella as opposed to the pre-shredded in a bag works best)
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil

Place thawed loaf on a lightly floured surface. Brush top of dough lightly to coat with olive oil and let set out until puffy or has begun to start rising.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Divide loaf of dough into 4 equal size pieces. On lightly floured board, roll out each piece into a 6- inch circle.  Brush the top of one pizza dough round and place it oil side down, flat in preheated air fryer or on a lightly greased 6-inch round pizza pan (if using pizza pan, place pan with dough in fryer). Brush dough (unoiled side) lightly with olive oil. Spoon 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce over oil. Spread to cover top of dough. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning (just a pinch of each). Top seasoning evenly with ¼ cup shredded mozzarella. Close air fryer and cook for 6-7 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.  Remove pizza from air fryer to plate. Top baked pizza with freshly grated Parmesan and fresh basil.
