Shamrock Rolls

1 pkg Bridgford Frozen White Rolls Dough, thawed or
1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
¼ cup melted butter or margarine

Lightly grease a large baking sheet(s); set aside. If using loaf of dough, divide thawed loaf into 12 equal slices. If using rolls, they are ready to use once thawed. Place rolls or dough pieces on a lightly floured surface. Divide each piece of dough into 3 large pieces and 1 small piece. (The three larger pieces will be the clover and the smaller piece will be the stem). With floured hands, roll the three larger pieces into balls and place in cloverleaf pattern on prepared baking sheet(s). Shape the smaller piece of dough into a rectangle and place as a stem in between the three balls of dough (see picture). Repeat with remaining pieces of dough. Brush shamrocks with melted butter or margarine. Let rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with remaining melted butter. Remove from pan to cool on wire rack.
