Cinnamon Twists

1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
4 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
2 tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Lightly grease baking sheet(s); set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to an 8 x 12 inch rectangle. Spread dough with 2 tablespoons melted butter. In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Evenly sprinkle mixture over dough. Fold dough in half, so that it measures 4 x 12 inches. Pinch to seal edges and pat down dough. From 12 inch side, take a knife or scissors and divide dough into 12 equal slices. Gently pull and twist each piece. Place twists 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet(s). Brush dough with remaining butter. Let rise in warm area until puffy (30-60 minutes). Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and pan to cool on wire rack. Brush with additional melted butter if desired.
