Cinnamon Focaccia

1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
¼ cup melted butter or margarine
1 cup Turbinado sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

In a small bowl, combine coarse sugar and cinnamon; set aside. On a lightly floured service, roll thawed dough into a rectangle. If dough shrinks back upon rolling, let rest for 5 minutes, then continue rolling. Transfer dough to a greased, standard size half sheet pan. Press dough to fit into corners. Brush dough with melted butter. Let rise until puffy (30-60 minutes). Make dimples in dough by pressing down with fingertips. Sprinkle dough evenly with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bread sounds hollow when tapped on top. Immediately remove from pan to cool on a wire rack. Slice into either strips or squares. Best served warm.
