Everything Bagel Dinner Rolls

Lightly grease sheet pan. Pan rolls 1 – ½ inches apart on pan. Brush roll dough with olive oil and let thaw. Brush with additional olive oil if dry and place in warm area or proof box to rise until almost double in size. Gently brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake in a preheated 325 ̊ convection oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from oven and pan to cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm.
