Bridgford Foods is proudly headquartered in Dallas, Texas.<\/p>\n<p>Our core products include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Frozen Bread Dough Products<\/li>\n<li>Frozen Fully-Baked Breads, Rolls and Buttermilk Biscuits<\/li>\n<li>Beef Jerky and Meat Snacks<\/li>\n<li>Shelf-Stable Dry and Semi-Dry Sausage Products \u2013 Pepperoni &amp; Salami<\/li>\n<li>Shelf-Stable, Ready to Eat Sandwiches, Wraps, and Pizza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to the Dallas headquarters, we also have another facility in Dallas, one in Anaheim, California, one in Chicago, Illinois, and one in Statesville, North Carolina. All of our facilities are SQF certified.<\/p>\n<p>Presently we employ nearly 700 people and sell products in all 50 of the United States. Our Ready to Eat products are also available overseas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>About Bridgford&#8217;s Ready to Eat Sandwiches<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ready to Eat Sandwiches were originally developed for the United States Military as combat rations for troops on-the-go. The Military required a sandwich with a 3-year shelf-life that tastes as great on day 1,095 as it does on day one!<\/p>\n<p>When originally tested by Natick (the division of the U.S. Army, responsible for researching and managing food, clothing, shelters, and support items for soldiers), the product received one of the highest acceptance scores of any new product introduction!<\/p>\n<p>Our Ready to Eat Sandwiches were field tested with the United States Marines during an operation in Fallujah, Iraq and they are currently incorporated into the US Military FSR \u201cFirst Strike Ration\u201d MRE, as well as UGR meal kits.<\/p>\n<p>Bridgford Ready to Eat Sandwiches are produced in our Statesville production facility, under a grant of inspection with the USDA\/FSIS. We are also inspected by the USDA\/AMS, FDA, NCDA, PHC\/VETCOM, Microbac Laboratories, and various other agencies. This facility is also EU registered.
