6 | Bridgford Frozen Demi-Loaves (6 oz ea), Honey Wheat or White |
12 oz | tomato paste |
(optional) | 1 tomato, thinly sliced |
2 tsp | oregano flakes |
1 tsp | garlic salt |
1/2 tsp | black pepper |
1 pound | Jack cheese, grated |
1 | green pepper, cut in rings |
1 stick | zucchini, sliced |
1 bunch | broccoli, use flowerettes |
10 | mushrooms, sliced |
1 | medium onion, cut in strips |
Let dough thaw until pliable. Stretch and roll each Demi-Loaf to a 9 inch diameter circle OR combine 2 Demi-Loaves and roll out to fit a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Place dough circles on greased baking sheets or pizza pans. Spread tomato paste over pizzas to within 1/4 inch of all edges. (Optional: Place thin tomato slices on top of tomato paste. Sprinkle with seasonings.) Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over pizzas. Arrange fresh vegetables over cheese. Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
