2022 Annual Report

Our 2022 fiscal year was another year of growth for our company. It was also a year that presented us with challenges unlike any we’ve seen in quite some time. For the third consecutive year, sales during the fiscal year reached a record level and were up 10.6% over the prior year at $265,898,000. The Company reported an overall pre-tax profit of $61,407,000, equal to $6.77 per share, with the majority of the profit resulting from the sale of the Green St. property in Chicago, IL which closed on June 1, 2022. The profit after taxes was $45,066,000, equal to $4.96 per share.
