Let&#8217;s get started.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 package <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/where-to-buy\/\">Bridgford Parkerhouse Style Rolls<\/a><br \/>\nOr<\/li>\n<li>1 package\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/where-to-buy\/\">Bridgford White Ranch Rolls<\/a>*<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons pumpkin butter<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons melted butter<\/li>\n<li>Pecan pieces (for pumpkin stems)<br \/>\n*I used 1 loaf of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/where-to-buy\/\">Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough\u00ae<\/a>. There really isn&#8217;t too big of a difference here other than having to divide the dough into pieces. I will go into details about this below! \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2222\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/pumpkin-dough-pieces-448x6001.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"272\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Start with thawing your dough. Follow the instructions on the reverse side of the package. If you are using Ready-Dough, you can use the <a href=\"http:\/\/bridgfordfoods.blogspot.com\/2013\/06\/welcome-to-official-bridgford-foods.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">microwave thawing instructions<\/a>. With the Parkerhouse or White Rolls, do not worry about dividing the dough into pieces. If you&#8217;re using Ready-Dough, cut it into 12 to 16 equal pieces depending on the size you want. I made 12.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2223\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/pumpkin-dough-pieces-2-448x6001.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"273\" height=\"366\" \/><\/p>\n<p>With your hands, form each dough piece into a ball.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2224\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/pumpkin-dough-cut-448x6001.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"273\" height=\"366\" \/><\/p>\n<p>With kitchen shears or a sharp knife, make 6 equally distanced cuts all the way around each dough piece. It should resemble a flower. Then, poke a hole in the center, using your pinkie. This will be for the pecans (to resemble stems). Place your rolls on a lightly greased cookie sheet 2 to 3 inches apart. I used two cookie sheets, 6 rolls on each.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2225\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/pumpkin-butter-448x6001.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"273\" height=\"366\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Heat together 2 tablespoons of regular butter and 2 tablespoons of pumpkin butter until melted. Give it a stir to combine evenly.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2226\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/pumpkin-dough-brush-572x6001.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"272\" height=\"285\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Brush the tops with the pumpkin butter mixture.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2227\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/pumpkin-dough-with-stem-556x6001.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"274\" height=\"296\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cut your pecans in half for a long, stem-like shape. Place the pecan piece in the center indentation you made earlier. Let the rolls rise until double in size. This takes about 30 minutes and the rolls should be puffy. Then, bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2228\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/finished-pumpkin-dinner-rolls-2-533x6001.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"272\" height=\"306\" \/><\/p>\n<p>So cute, don&#8217;t you think?
