You&#8217;re organized. All your shopping is pretty much done. You have your grandma&#8217;s famous stuffing recipe handy and your sister is bringing the pies. You seem to have all the preparation details squared away&#8230;right? Uh oh. What about appetizers???<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Jalapeno-Cheese-Bites1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"212\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t panic! These\u00a0Jalape\u00f1o Cheese Bites are so easy and delicious. They will keep everyone happy until the main event, promise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 loaf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/where-to-buy\/\">Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough\u00ae<\/a><\/li>\n<li>3 ounces of cream cheese, softened<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons of canned jalape\u00f1os, drained and diced (or for a mild alternative, use diced green chilies)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Jack cheese, shredded<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons melted butter<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/jalapeno-bites21.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Use the microwave thawing instructions on the back of the package to thaw your dough. A definite time saver! Once thawed, roll it out in a long, rectangular shape. Approximately 22&#8243; x 4&#8243;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/jalapeno-bites1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In a medium size bowl mix together softened cream cheese, diced jalape\u00f1os, salt, and pepper. If you want, you can even purchase jalape\u00f1o cream cheese at your local grocery store. Another time saver, no draining or chopping!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/jalapeno-bites31.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"280\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the outside.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/jalapeno-bites41.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"315\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then, top the cream cheese mixture with shredded Jack cheese.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/jalapeno-bites51.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>From the long end of your dough, begin to roll it towards you. Slice it into equal pieces.
