Same ingredients, same delicious taste, and very minimal assembly required. You probably wish the same could be said about the huge dollhouse you bought your daughter for Christmas&#8230;that was just shipped to you in 467 pieces. How about you have your hubby put that together while you bake these? Sounds like a fair trade. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s get started!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 package <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/where-to-buy\/\">Bridgford Parkerhouse Style Roll Dough<\/a>, yield 12 muffins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OR<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 and 1\/2 loaves\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/where-to-buy\/\">Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough\u00ae<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup melted butter<\/li>\n<li>1 cup granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons cinnamon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/monkey-bread-muffins-101.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"246\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Start by thawing your rolls according to the instructions on the back of the package (approx. 1 to 2 hours). If you are using Ready-Dough, follow thawing instructions as well (microwave thawing instructions for quickest results), divide 1 and 1\/2 loaves into 24 equal pieces, and form each piece into a ball.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/coffee-mug-bread-21.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Add 1 cup of granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon into a small bowl. Combine evenly.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/monkey-bread-muffins-21.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Place 1 stick of butter (1\/2 cup) into a microwave safe dish and heat until melted. Proceed to dip each dough piece in the butter, then coat with cinnamon sugar mixture.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/monkey-bread-muffins1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"293\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lightly grease a standard size muffin pan (makes one dozen). I placed my dough directly into the pan without cupcake liners. If you want to use cupcake liners, red and green to be festive, you most certainly can. If you don&#8217;t have any on hand, the rolls definitely hold shape so don&#8217;t worry!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/monkey-bread-muffins-41.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/monkey-bread-muffins-31.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Place two rolls next to each other in each section.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/monkey-bread-muffins-51.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Let them rise for approximately one hour.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/monkey-bread-muffins-61.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>They should be double in size and puffy. Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/monkey-bread-muffins-71.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The muffins should be well browned and sound hollow when tapped on top.
