Who wants to settle for the ordinary? Chips and dip? Let&#8217;s step it up a notch.<\/p>\n<p>Here at Bridgford, we&#8217;re famous for our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/recipes\/cinnamon-monkey-bread\/\">Monkey Bread<\/a>. Delicious and gooey, this cinnamon pull-apart never disappoints. The same applies to our savory <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/where-to-buy\/\">Monkey Bread<\/a>. So when I was thinking of the ultimate game day snack that&#8217;s perfect for sharing, I thought why not Pepperoni Monkey Bread? Dunked in ranch dressing or marinara sauce, this is the snack everyone will be fighting over!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 loaf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/where-to-buy\/\">Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough\u00ae<\/a> OR<\/li>\n<li>1 package <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/where-to-buy\/\">Bridgford Parkerhouse Style Roll Dough<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 package <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bridgfordfoods.com\/product-category\/pepperoni\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bridgford Sliced Pepperoni<\/a>, 3 oz.<\/li>\n<li>1 block fresh mozzarella cheese of choice, 8 oz.<\/li>\n<li>1 stick of butter<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon dried basil<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, gratedOR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let&#8217;s start with our dough&#8230;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/61201.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"264\" border=\"0\" \/><br \/>\nOnce it is thawed, roll it out on a clean, floured surface. Roll it out as big as you can; you want to get 25 to 30 small pieces out of it.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/cookie-cutter-dough1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cut out individual pieces of dough using a standard size, round cookie cutter. Make sure you use every last bit of that dough! This will require forming the scraps into a ball and re-rolling. If you are using Parkerhouse Rolls, you do not have to worry about this step. Simply cut each thawed roll in half. Check out my\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/blog\/monkey-bread\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cinnamon Monkey Bread post<\/a> for more details on this.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2347\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/bridgford-pepperoni-448x600.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"248\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/bridgford-pepperoni-448x600.jpg 448w, https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/bridgford-pepperoni-765x1024.jpg 765w, https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/bridgford-pepperoni.jpg 968w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 248px) 100vw, 248px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cut your mozzarella cheese into bite size cubes. You will also need to cut each piece of pepperoni in half.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/garlic-butter1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Place one stick of butter, garlic powder, and basil into a microwave safe bowl.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/garlic-butter-21.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cover and heat in the microwave for 1 minute or until completely melted, then set mixture aside.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/pepperoni-cheese-dough1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Place a halved pepperoni and a cube of mozzarella onto a piece of dough. Wrap it up into a ball.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/garlic-butter-31.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dip it into your melted butter mixture. Repeat these steps for each piece of dough.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/beginning-assembly1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In a lightly greased cake pan, arrange each piece folded side down, starting on the outside, and working your way to the center.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/assembled-monkey-bread1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once your pan is completely full, sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese. Let your Monkey Bread rise until double in size (approx. 1 hour).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/assembled-monkey-bread-rise1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"248\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It is ready for the oven! Bake at 350\u00b0 F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bridgford.com\/bread\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/finished-monkey-bread-pep1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"239\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This has a delicious crust of Parmesan on the outside and is perfectly soft and cheesy on the inside.
