1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed or |
1 pkg | Bridgford Frozen White Rolls Dough, thawed |
½ cup | shredded Swiss cheese |
¼ cup | Parmesan cheese |
¼ cup | green onions |
Melted butter |
In a small bowl combine cheeses and onions; set aside. Divide dough into 16 pieces (do not need to divide rolls). Roll each piece into a rope approximately 5-6-inches long. Place on greased cookie sheet. Brush each piece with melted butter and top with cheese/onion mixture (approximately 1 tablespoon per stick). Let rise until doubled. Bake at 375° for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from pan to cool on wire rack.
