1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
5 tbsp | melted butter |
½ cup | crushed graham cracker crumbs (6 squares) |
1 cup | semi-sweet chocolate chips |
2 cups | mini marshmallows |
Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly spray a large baking sheet. Fold thawed loaf in half and shape into a ball. Place on prepared baking sheet. Brush ball of dough lightly with 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Press and stretch dough with palms of hands into a 12-inch circle. Pierce several times with the tips of a fork. Brush again with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Place in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. While baking, mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with graham cracker crumbs; set aside. Remove from oven (keeping baked crust on sheet pan). Brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Evenly spread graham crackers over top of crust. Top with chocolate chips and then with marshmallows (spread to cover crust). Set oven to broil. Place pizza back in oven on middle rack to broil topping (1 min or more). Watch carefully as the marshmallows brown very quickly. Remove from oven once marshmallows are golden brown. Slice and serve while warm.
