1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
¾ cup | pizza sauce |
¾ cup | grated Mozzarella cheese |
¾ cup | grated Cheddar cheese |
¼ cup | Parmesan cheese |
3 oz | Bridgford Sliced Pepperoni, chopped |
1 small can (2¼ oz) | sliced black olives |
On a lightly floured board, roll dough out to a 12-inch square. Spread pizza sauce over dough and layer with remaining ingredients. Roll dough up tightly in jelly roll fashion; pinch along edge to seal. Using a sharp knife, cut roll into 12 pieces. Place pieces in cavities of a greased muffin pan. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan immediately to cool on wire rack.
