1 pkg | Bridgford Frozen White Rolls Dough, thawed |
¼ cup | melted butter or margarine |
2 tbsp | onion, finely minced |
1 clove | garlic, finely minced |
¼ cup | grated Parmesan cheese |

Lightly grease two, 8 or 9″ metal baking pans. If using Bridgford Frozen Bread Dough divide each thawed loaf into 12 equal pieces. Place 12 pieces of dough in each pan. If using Bridgford Frozen Roll Dough, place half of package in each pan (12 rolls in each pan for Bridgford Parkerhouse Rolls and 9 rolls in each pan for Bridgford White Rolls). Rolls can be used frozen. In a small bowl, mix butter with onion and garlic. In a separate small bowl, mix cheese with dried parsley. Spoon butter mixture evenly over rolls in both pans. Evenly sprinkle cheese mixture over rolls. Let dough rise until double in size. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove rolls form pans to cool on wire rack.
* Use this topping on Bridgford Frozen Bake and Serve White Rolls. Simply divide butter and cheese topping ingredients in half. Spoon butter topping over 1 package of thawed Bridgford Bake and Serve Rolls, sprinkle with cheese and bake as directed on package.
