Italian Cheese Crusts

1 loaf Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
2 tsp oil
4 tsp Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp garlic powder
¾ cup grated Mozzarella cheese

Cut loaf crosswise into 4 pieces. Using a little flour on dough and board, roll each piece out to a 6-inch diameter circle. Place dough circles on greased baking sheets and spread with oil. Sprinkle with seasonings. Top with Mozzarella. Let rise until very light, 2 to 3 hours. Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
