Fry Bread Tacos

1 loafBridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
Oil for deep frying
1 (15 oz) canchili beans
6 ozgrated Cheddar cheese
1large tomato, chopped
shredded lettuce
1 (3¼ oz) canpitted ripe black olives
½ cupsour cream

Heat oil to 375°. Slice dough into 8 equal pieces. Gently stretch each dough piece, using a small amount of flour on hands, into large circle, approximately 7-inches in diameter. Fry dough in hot oil, turning once, until both sides are golden brown. Blot taco with paper towels. Layer with beans, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. Top with sour cream and olives.
