12 | Bridgford Frozen White Rolls Dough, thawed or |
24 | Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls Dough, thawed |
¼ cup | melted butter or margarine |
1 cup | Parmesan cheese |
1 tsp | garlic powder |
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Combine Parmesan with garlic; set aside. Cut bread dough into 12 equal pieces. If using White Rolls, you do not need to divide. If using Parkerhouse Rolls, combine 2 rolls and repeat with remaining rolls until you end up with 12 pieces of dough. On a lightly floured surface, press one piece of dough out to an 8 x 1 inch rectangle. Dip in butter, then roll in Parmesan mixture. Roll-up into a spiral and stand in prepared pan. Repeat with remaining pieces. Let rolls rise in warm area until double in size. Bake at 375° oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and pan to cool on wire rack.
