Cherry Hazelnut Rolls

1 loafBridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed or
18Bridgford Frozen White Rolls Dough, thawed or
16Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls Dough, thawed
½ cupcherry pie filling
1-2 tbspmelted butter or margarine for brushing dough
Hazelnut icing (recipe follows)
chopped almonds (optional)

If using loaf of dough, divide loaf into 8 equal pieces. If using rolls, combine 2 rolls together to make 8 equal pieces. With floured hands, roll each piece of dough into a ball. Place on greased baking sheet 3 inches apart. Brush with melted butter or margarine. Let rolls rise until double in size (rolls may be assembled the evening before, covered with plastic wrap and placed in the refrigerator to rise overnight). With finger or spoon, gently make a well or indentation in the middle of each roll. Spoon approximately 1 tbsp of cherry filling into each roll. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. If desired, drizzle with icing and top with chopped almonds.

Hazelnut Icing: Mix together 1½ cups powdered sugar, 4 tbsp liquid Hazelnut flavored fat-free, non-dairy creamer (found next to milk in dairy section of grocery store) or milk. Drizzle over rolls.
