1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
¼ cup | softened butter |
¼ cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
2 tbsp | mayonnaise |
3 | fresh garlic cloves, crushed |
2 tbsp | fresh parsley or 2 tsp dried parsley |
1½ tsp | fresh oregano or ½ tsp dried oregano |
In a medium bowl, stir together butter, cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, parsley and oregano. Set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll thawed dough out to a 14 x 12 inch rectangle. Evenly coat dough with butter mixture. From 12-inch side, roll-up dough, jelly-roll fashion. Pinch dough to seal seams. Divide log of dough into 12 equal slices. Place slices in an 8 or 9-inch round cake pan. Place slices close together (they can be touching). Let rise in a warm area until rolls are almost double in size or until the rolls fill up the pan. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and done in the center. Remove from oven and pan to cool on a wire rack.
