1½ loaves | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed or |
1 pkg | Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls Dough, thawed |
1 cup | brown sugar |
1 cup | sliced walnuts |
1 (3 ¾ oz) pkg | regular (not instant) butterscotch or vanilla pudding mix |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
½ cup | melted butter or margarine |
Grease a bundt or tube pan. Sprinkle ½ cup of the brown sugar on bottom of pan, top with walnuts; set aside. In a small bowl, combine pudding mix, remaining ½ cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut thawed loaf into 24 pieces (rolls do not need to be cut). Dip each piece in melted butter, then roll in butterscotch mixture. Arrange dough balls on top of nut mixture in pan. Let rise in warm place until rolls reach just under the top of the pan. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Turn out of pan immediately and serve warm.
