Slice loaf crosswise into six pieces. On a lightly floured board, roll 4 of the pieces into 6-inch diameter circles. Place 4 custard cups upside down on a cookie sheet. Lightly grease cookie sheet and bottoms of custard cups. Lay dough circles over custard cups. Cut remaining 2 dough pieces in half. With floured hands, stretch and roll dough to form 10-inch ropes for basket handles. Twist and place handles on cookie sheet in half circles. Bake baskets at 350° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove basket from custard cups and let cool slightly before connecting handles. Use a sharp knife to cut 2 small slits in top rim of baskets for handles. Carefully insert ends of handles into slits and pinch bread together.
