1 loaf | Bridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed |
1 (10 oz) pkg | frozen chopped broccoli |
2 tbsp | olive oil, divided use |
½ tsp | Italian seasoning |
¼ cup | grated Parmesan cheese, divided use |
¼ tsp | salt |
½ tsp | garlic powder |
¾ cup | grated mozzarella cheese |
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough out to fit a lightly greased 12-inch round pizza pan. Pierce crust several times with a fork. Cook broccoli according to package directions. While broccoli is cooking, brush entire face of dough with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and half of the Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough. Bake at 375° for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, drain cooked broccoli well. Mix remaining olive oil and Parmesan cheese, salt and garlic powder into cooked broccoli. Remove crust from oven. Spread broccoli mixture evenly over crust, leaving a 1″ border. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Return to 375° oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Remove from oven. Let pizza sit at least 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
