Apricot Cheese Danish

1 loafBridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed
1/3 cupsugar
1 tspcinnamon
2 tbspsugar
2 tspflour
3 ozcream cheese, softened
1egg yolk
½ tspvanilla extract
¼ cupapricot-pineapple preserves

Cut loaf into 12 pieces. Using a little flour on hands, roll each piece of dough between hands to form a 12-inch rope. Mix together 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon. Roll ropes in this mixture until they are well coated. Shape each rope into a coil on greased baking sheets. Mix together 2 tablespoons sugar and flour. Add cream cheese and blend until smooth. Add egg yolk and vanilla extract. Place a rounded teaspoon of this mixture in the center of each roll. Spoon 1 teaspoon of preserves in the center of cheese mixture. Let rolls rise until double in size. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove immediately to cool on wire rack.
