Fiesta Bread

1 loafBridgford Frozen Ready-Dough®, thawed or
10Bridgford Frozen White Rolls Dough , thawed or
16Bridgford Frozen Parkerhouse Rolls Dough, thawed or
¼ cupsalsa
½ cupshredded Jack Cheese
½ cupshredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
½ cupred or green pepper, finely diced
3green onions, finely diced
2¼ ozcan sliced black olives, drained

If using Bread Dough, divide loaf into 16 pieces. Generously grease an 8-inch round cake pan. Dip each piece of dough in salsa, then roll in cheese. Place each piece of dough in greased pan. Top with pepper, onions and olives. Let dough rise until double in size (until the dough fills up the pan). Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 30 minutes. Remove from pan immediately to cool.
