Cheesy Sausage Bites

If using loaf of dough, divide into 16 equal pieces. On a lightly floured surface, flatten each piece of dough into a circle 2-3 inches in diameter. Fill with 1 tbsp of cooked sausage and 1 tbsp shredded cheese. Fold dough over, seal edges well. Place appetizers 1-2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes. Remove from pan and serve.
