Bridgford White Whole Wheat Breadsticks are perfectly formed, pre-cut dough sticks. Ready for slicing, proofing, and baking soft or crispy breadsticks. Each stick is 1 oz in weight.

Break apart sticks. Place on a greased sheet pan 2 inches apart. Brush with melted or liquid butter. Let sticks rise until double to triple in size. Bake in a preheated 325 degree (convection) oven for 7-10 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with additional melted butter. Remove sticks from pan to cool on wire rack.
